May i suggest that all ACTIVE PLAYERS who ask for buff would be granted by those ONLINE OFFICIALS through PM Messaging
in order for him to be encouraged by always playing ACTIVE and ONLINE member in our guild.....
They must be also given an opportunity to borrow the items that had been used by the OFFLINE MEMBERS especially those NOT ACTIVE MEMBERS
so that the set of items would be useful and functional......thank you.....
